The saddest thing I see every day about the world is the prison women are in.
It's a prison of lies and self-imposed obstacles. It's a prison with steel bars that slice our self-esteem and self-empowerment. It's a prison that was created for the sole purpose of generating money. And the people who's pockets are absorbing all of this money have done a brialliant job creating need, and creating dependence, which are two things advertisers work hard to create in the general public. "You need our product," and "You can't be whole, healthy and happy long-term without our product." We don't know much different; unfortunately, the younger of us were raised this way. Consumerism is a way of life here. But, this is bound to crumble soon.
You see, I beleive in the power of the human spirit. And I beleive that we will find our way back to ourselves again. That's what I want to help people do. Specifically, I want to help women because it is known in social work and in public aide that if you want to rebuild a society, you educate and empower its women. The same goes for us.

You were born with everything you ever needed to know about the care and maintnance of your body, your most precious asset. This is a wisdom that may have been buried by life, time and advertising, but it is still there. I can help you draft a map to get there.
